To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering. You’ll have a consultative style, with the ability to influence others and encourage change. You will have high standards, personal drive and excellent communication skills.

Your technical strength will be evident and you will have the ability to balance the needs of safety, process and the business. You will be Chartered or working towards this (and we’ll sponsor you). If you have recently graduated, we’d still like to hear from you.
