The last 50 years have seen major growth and diversification in the use of polyester - from Fibres to bottles, moulded containers and films. We, mostly as part of our original companies, have been a major player in this growth and have led many of the technological step changes associated with unit cost reduction and customer requirements.

Our technology strengths are widely known. Under agreement with DuPont/Invista, access to large scale world-beating next generation  PET manufacturing technology, product innovations behind brand leaders of Coolmax®, Thermolite®, and the fundamental know-how behind over 2000 patents in EMEA have given us an enviable reputation. But we're also smart enough to know that we don't know it all.

In Fibres we built and operated staple fibre, filament yarn and texturising plants in the USA, Germany, Turkey, UK. Plants of the same, or similar technology have been licensed and built in much of Europe, India, China, Asia Pacific and South America.

For all these areas of polyester technology we can access relevant, upto date technology and technology developments. In addtition we can apply shared experience gained on our own plants and during recent licensing partnerships. The experience covers the whole project process of design, procure, install, commission and operate, so we can provide support tailored to your own experience, capability, resource levels and needs.
