ADVANSA is expanding its logistics operations from a newly constructed warehouse of 8.800 sqm in Logistic Centre DistributionPark Hamm / Germany, close to the ADVANSA polyester fibre factory in Hamm Uentrop. The warehouse, developed by Hines, a privately owned global real estate investment firm, is tailored to the particular logistics needs of ADVANSA and applies to the highest modern quality, safety and sustainability standards, offering large storage capabilities for improved efficiency and customer service.

In August 2021, ADVANSA opened a warehouse and logistics centre at the DistributionPark in Hamm/Germany. This new location, next door to the ADVANSA polyester fibre factory has an optimal access to the motorway and is also well connected to the European rail network, which enables an improved logistic service to ADVANSA customers.

By using recyclable façade elements, high-quality insulating materials, sensor-controlled LED lighting as well as the integration of local flora and fauna, it complies with the highest sustainability standards.

As a sustainably minded company that also seeks greater proximity to its customers, ADVANSA has moved to the DistributionPark Hamm, which is one of the most sustainable logistic centres in Germany. The optimized and efficient processes of ADVANSA for faster and more accurate handling of all its logistic services offer solutions for a smooth delivery of customer orders.

Committed to providing environmentally friendly products and solutions, having moved to this new warehouse with its standards will make it possible for ADVANSA to continue to meet the sustainability targets across its business.

Hans-Jürgen Tschich, Managing Director of ADVANSA Logistik und Dienstleistungsgesellschaft GmbH commented: “We are excited to be operating out of this enormous logistic centre that will enhance our logistic handling. This is a milestone in our plans to continually improve our capability for quick and efficient supply to our customers. In August, we began to move in with high administrative effort and a specific strategic planning besides the daily operations. All our materials could be moved safely, and all work has been completed now thanks to the remarkable teamwork of all our logistic employees. Without any interruptions nor incidents we are now running from the new location.
