Aerelle® Soft Flex – a back-friendly cosy sleep with added support

Aerelle® Soft Flex is a highly flexible fibre filling made from recycled plastic with excellent recovery powers, combined with a pleasant softness. The filling readily adapts to support the head and neck while its flexibility ensures extremely good recovery and shape retention of the pillow.

A particularly supportive version of the successful filling fibre has been specially developed for pillows. Aerelle® Soft Flex with stronger support has a special crimp structure and provides comfortable support for the head and neck. The spine is relieved and gently supported. 

This firmer Aerelle® Soft Flex version with stronger support meets the needs of many people who require even more support for their head and neck. The pillows are easy to fluff up and feature a zip for individual filling. They therefore meet the requirements of Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR) e.V., which has certified pillows with Aerelle® Soft Flex filling in sizes 40 x 80 cm as particularly back-friendly.

Laboratory tests with reference pillows (same filling weight and fibres of similar fineness) confirmed maximum mouldability and effective recovery. The Forschungsgesellschaft
für Industrieanthropologie at Kiel University also thoroughly tested pillows with Aerelle® Soft Flex fillings and verified the laboratory tests.
