Paper

Synthetic fibres, such as polyester, are used in papermaking processes to achieve certain properties. Compared to natural fibres, synthetic fibres can easily be adapted to different applications. Thanks to its excellent modulus of elasticity, its optimal density and dimensional stability, PET fibre is the most widely used product in the paper industry. PET short cuts are essential especially in the production of nonwoven wallpapers.

ADVANSA has developed a wide range of fibres especially for paper enduses, marketed under the ADVA® brand. Thanks to its extensive know-how and modern technology, ADVANSA is able to adjust the fibre properties according to the requirements of its customers.
